LISA LEE Salon Owner & Stylist
Born and raised in Bath Maine, Lisa graduated from Morse High in 1985. She attended Bernard's School of Cosmetology and the day after graduating started working in a Bath Salon, where she stayed until opening her own salon in 2003: Bath Hair, Inc. She has attended continuing education classes every year and became a Graham Webb Educator, traveling to other salons to teach cutting, styling and product knowledge classes. She has attended cutting/color/style and product classes in Washington D.C., and has traveled to NYC and Atlanta to further her cutting and styling knowledge. She also regularly brings in educators to the Bath Hair Salon to keep the Stylist's up to date on the latest styles, looks, trends, techniques and products.
Lisa comes from a family of stylists. Her Aunt used to manage a large salon chain in Portland, and her brother works in a large upscale salon in Atlanta, Georgia. Lisa has been attending quarterly education classes in N.H. for the last 5 years, which keep her and her salon ahead of the rest. Ms. Lee enjoys sharing her passion for cutting and making changes to better reflect a client's own style. Lisa has shared her knowledge with three stylists who apprenticed with her - each having gone on to become an excellent, well rounded stylist. Lisa says "I never tire of working with, touching, changing and shaping hair... truly it is a dream job that has come true. BONNIE MIETE Stylist
Bonnie has been with Bath Hair Inc. from the very beginning. With 20 years experience in the industry, she has developed a caring approach to styling hair. Her talents range from short styles, long hair updo's and even the Brazilian Keratin treatments. Bonnie has continued her education throughout her career so if you're looking for a talented, gentle approach to your hair, Bonnie is your stylist.
KRISTINA HIKEL Stylist
Kristina has over 14 years of experience as a professional hair stylist and she loves her job. She is licensed in both Maine and Georgia, having recently worked as a Lead Stylist at Village Hair Design in Savannah. While working as a fulltime Master Stylist, Kristina has pursued further education and certificates by attending sponsored class by Avada and Redkin. In 2017 Kristina completed all the Redkin qualifications to become a Master Color Specialist. She is currently working on obtaining the position of a Affinage salon Color Specialist.
Kristina has further honed her skills and craft, by attending exclusive training classes taught by the masters of their filed, such as Nick Arrojo and Andrew Carruthers. She has applied their techniques and Kristina is able to create new and exciting styles while following the latest trends and fashions. During Kristin’s time at bath hair, she has been taking continuing education in barbering, Affinage, Ceazanne keratin treatment, along with continued advanced hair cutting classes.

ALLIE PERTEL Stylist
Allie is a graduate of Empire Beauty school in West Palm Beach Florida. Allie is licensed in both Maine and Florida. She has a passion for making her guests look and feel their best. Allie has invested in many classes to bring her clients the best experience, she has taken many Paul Mitchell and Affinage specialized coloring classes. Frizzy unruly hair doesn’t scare Allie as she has taken and mastered a Cezzane smoothing class. Balayage, ombres, blowouts and fun fashion colors are her specialty. She prides herself on bringing her guests vision to reality without compromising the integrity of their hair. Allie has taken specialized cutting classes including a master barber class.
When she’s not in the salon putting her talents to work you can find her with a coffee in her hand laughing with friends and family. Allie is settling into Bath, establishing her permanent residency and is looking forward to her future in this cute little town.
BRANDY WELLS Stylist
Brandy Wells was born, and raised in Phippsburg, Maine, and graduated from Morse High School. Brandy started as a receptionist at Bath Hair where she has worked until she graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2018 and became a full time, licensed stylist. Brandy has attended color, barbering, keratin, and updo classes. She loves to learn with continuing education classes. Brandy’s specialties are Highlighting, Balayage/Ombré, Color and Blow Outs. Brandy is looking forward to meeting new clients and enjoys seeing returning clients, too.
CAROL DEVLIN Reception
Carol enjoys her work at Bath Hair immensely. The fast-paced, creative environment keeps things lively. Carol feels lucky to work with such a dynamic and artistic group!
